Fifth International Yoga Day

A special assembly was organized to celebrate the 5th International Yoga Day. Principal Fr. Joshy Sebastian explained to students the importance and benefits of practicing Yoga. He also explained the contribution of yoga in maintaining fitness and good health and how it helps the students to memorize and understand the subject concepts and its context. Yoga is the scientific way to live healthy and to increase life expectancy .The selected  students demonstrated the different types of yoga.
