IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION 2023-24

1.  A copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths (Panchayat / Municipality / Corporation) is to be submitted at the time of admission.
2. Submit a photostat copy of any one of the following documents at the time of verification of forms, as proof of the residence.

1. Passport
2. Voter ID Card
3. Aadhar Card.

• Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parents’ name, and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.
• The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate.

                       The Eligibility Criteria

For admission to L.K.G. a child must have completed 3 ½ years of age on Ist June of the school year. For admission to Class I, a child must have completed 5 ½ years of age on Ist June of the school year

• Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
• Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate to know if there is any such person or persons so that proper legal action can be taken against them.
• If your registration form is successfully uploaded, make sure to take the printout.
• The candidate whose Registration Form is uploaded will get an Acknowledgment email.
• Online Registration Fee for LKG to IX is Rs. 300/- and for Class XI is Rs. 350/- (Registration Fee is not Refundable).
• The candidates whose names do not appear in the short list, will regretfully not be a part of the next level of the admission process and their parents would be advised to look for admission elsewhere.
• The transport of the children is arranged from the school to specific destination. Transport through private vehicles will entirely be the responsibility of the parents. The school will not entertain any complaint on this matter or be responsible in any way.
• Admission to other classes, other than LKG, will depend on the availability of seats.
• We wish to make it clear that registering the name of the child and attending the interview will not ensure a seat for your ward as this depends solely on (1) the performance of the child in the interview and the Aptitude Test and (2) the vacancy position in the class for which admission is sought.
• Entrance Exam will be conducted for Classes III to IX and XI. Date of exam will be 0n 3 April 2023 and all candidates must report to school at 9:15am for the entrance test. Admission will be given to the students as per their performance in entrance exam and availability of seats.

It is mandatory to attach the following along with the Registration Form (Offline or Online)

1. A copy of Birth Certificate (for Play School, LKG & UKG, Classes I to IX).
2. A copy of Class IX Annual Exam Mark list and Class X Term I Exam mark list (for Class XI)

Last date for submission of Offline / Online Registration Form for Admission is 10 March 2023.

Registration Fee:

• Registration Fee is Rs. 300/- (for Play School, LKG & UKG, Classes I to IX)
• Registration Fee is Rs. 350/- (for Class XI)

Registration fee once paid is not refundable. Registration does not guarantee admission.

Entrance Exam:

An Entrance Exam will be conducted for Classes III to IX & XI on 3 April 2023. Students residing abroad may contact the school office for any changes they may require regarding the entrance exam schedule. Admission will be given to the students as per their performance in the entrance exam and availability of seats.

Kindly note:

• For Class II to IX – Original Transfer Certificate and copy of previous class mark list must be submitted at the time of admission.
• For Class XI – Original Transfer Certificate & Conduct Certificate and copy of Class X Board Exam Mark List must be submitted on the day of reopening of school.

Hostel Facilities are available for Boys and Girls from Class VI onwards.
